I'm Krista, an independent data analytics consultant. I work with organizations that need clarity from their data, not just another dashboard. Using FullStory, Salesforce, EHR/EMR systems, SQL, Python, Power BI, and AI/LLM tools and API integrations to turn operational and behavioral data into decisions leadership can act on.
Before going independent, I worked as a Transportation Analyst at Amazon and a Senior Fraud Investigator at Discover Financial Services, roles that relied on catching things other people missed. I've since done analytic work across healthcare (a hormone replacement therapy clinic) and emergency medical services (Falck, where I helped rebuild trust in field data after reliability concerns from EMT staff had leadership questioning whether they could keep operating in the U.S.), along with behavioral analytics for a multi-brand consumer finance company. I hold a B.A. in Statistics and a Data Analytics Certificate from ASU.
